Ruth Minger

Ruth develops and executes communication strategies for multinationals with worldwide interests, non-profits with global mandates and start-ups with international aspirations. She began her career in corporate and marketing communication in 1989, and has worked in the global arena since 1995.

A believer in communication's power to influence attitudes and actions, Ruth is equally proficient in strategy development and tactical execution. Her work helped business advisory firm KPMG raise awareness and win clients for its global forensic accounting practice, enabled express delivery provider TNT to establish higher levels of engagement among its top 1,500 senior managers, and helped the Netherlands Genomics Initiative draw hundreds of scientists, entrepreneurs and investors to its annual gatherings.

Ruth's work has been honored with several national and international awards including three Gold Quills, which recognize excellence and effectiveness in business communication, and the Henri Sijthoff Prize, which is awarded annually by Het Financieele Dagblad for the most outstanding annual report in the Netherlands.

She is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a founding board member of IABC The Netherlands. She holds a bachelor of science degree in journalism from Ohio University and a master of arts degree in marketing from Webster University.
